Aero 1.8
Tom,
My Aero 1.8 powered by my home built Boll Aero 1.8 cc diesel. 50" wingspan, covered with polyspan with tissue trim, it was built in one week and flies in a "stately fashion". I brought it
to the FF NATs last year but only got one flight due to the excessive heat and humidity.

Bowden Low Wing Monoplane
From the YouTube site
This is a radio-controlled replica of one of Colonel C E Bowden's famous early model aircraft. Built in 1994/95 by Peter Scott, the 8-foot wing span model is powered by a Stebro 10cc 4-stroke engine (converted Merco 61). It has rudder/elevator/engine controls. This video (filmed by Richard Scott) is of the first flight, "somewhere in Hampshire" in Summer 1995. To see the archive movie of the Colonel in action with his 'Kanga' biplane, check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pr-lrvDQ2C0
C Glow Stardust Special part III
Part 3 in the construction series of the .40 powered Stardust Special, 2012 SAM Champs Model of the Year.
I have to put in the center section ribs, sheet the center section and the leading edge of the wing. then I have to make the platform for the stab. After that a lot of sanding and shaping. By then maybe it will have warmed up and I can work on it outside.
